Welcome to Buddies! Since 2013, Buddies Night Out has been illuminating Cape Town as one of the most cherished LGBTQI+ events in the country. From the stunning streets of Cape Town to the vibrant urban jungle of Jozi, we go wherever the energy takes us. What began as a humble gathering has transformed into a highly anticipated social spectacle, attracting over 2,000 local and international attendees.
Buddies Night Out is a safe and inclusive space where the LGBTQ+ community and allies come together for unforgettable nights filled with music, dancing, and celebration. We create pop-up events held in iconic locations across Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Our mission is to promote unity, pride, and joy within the LGBTQ+ community while also giving back. We believe in partying with a cause and have a strong commitment to supporting our community. That’s why we partner with charitable LGBTQ+ nonprofits to raise funds and awareness, giving back to the community that has given us so much.
