Buddies Night Out is a LGBTQIA+ pop-up party for friends to come together for a night of fun, dancing and where everyone is free to be their authentic self. 

Tickets and Payments. We will have a limited number of tickets available at the door, and payment is only accepted via card or snap scan (no cash payments).

Refund Policy. 30 days- 100% refund, 15 days- 50% refund, 7 Days before event 0% refund

Dress Code and Coat check. At Buddies there’s no dress code—come as you are and express yourself however you wish. We will have a coat check.

Non-discrimination Policy. We celebrate diversity in all its forms. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, disability, or any other characteristic. This is a safe space for everyone, and we ask all attendees to treat one another with respect, kindness, and dignity.

Photography Policy. We encourage guests to capture and share the memories of the event for personal use. However, we ask that everyone respect the privacy of others by seeking consent before taking photos or videos, especially when capturing people in more private settings. Please be aware that professional photographers and videographers may be present to document the event and its joyful atmosphere for future promotions. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, kindly inform our photography and videography team upon arrival, and refrain from posing for any pictures. Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. If you have any concerns or requests regarding photography, please feel free to approach our event team, who will be happy to assist you.
